释义	符合下列条件可以申请劳动仲裁：(1)申诉人必须是与申请仲裁的劳动争议有直接利害关系。(2)申请仲裁的争议必须是劳动争议。如果不是劳动争议，而是民事、经济纠纷，或者是劳动保障行政纠纷，仲裁委员会将不予受理。(3)申请仲裁的劳动争议必须属于仲裁委员会的受案范围。(4)必须向有仲裁权的仲裁委员会申请仲裁。(5)有明确的被申请人和具体的仲裁请求以及事实依据。(6)除非遇到不可抗力或有其他正当理由，申请仲裁必须在规定的时间内。(7)申请书及相关材料备齐并符合要求。
