释义	很多污染损害是由于多种污染因素复合作用的结果，因此就产生了多个企业之间的复合污染损害赔偿责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千二百三十一条两个以上侵权人污染环境、破坏生态的，承担责任的大小；根据污染物的种类、浓度、排放量，破坏生态的方式、范围、程度，以及行为对损害后果所起的作用等因素确定。对于复合污染的情形可以按无过错联系的共同加害行为进行处理，按不同所有人排放污染物对环境及对他人造成损害的，按照排放污染物所占总量的比例或份额各自承担相应的赔偿责任
