释义	法律分析：在《物业管理条例》中，其实并没有要求物业管理公司必须帮业主代收快递邮件相关规定。但是，各小区的物业服务合同的约定又各不相同。如果合同中包含代收和保管快递的约定，那么，业主支付的物业费中就会涵盖这笔费用。如果合同没有上述约定，物业拒收就是合理了！法律依据：《物业管理条例》第一条建设单位依法与物业服务企业签订的前期物业服务合同，以及业主委员会与业主大会依法选聘的物业服务企业签订的物业服务合同，对业主具有约束力。业主以其并非合同当事人为由提出抗辩的，人民法院不予支持。
