释义	法律分析：显失公平是指不具备欺诈、胁迫、乘人之危等原因，但行为人单方面获取暴利，依照行为当时的情形，社会公认为重大不公平的行为。显失公平行为违反了权利义务相一致的原则，违背当事人的真实意愿，属于意思表示不真实的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十一条一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
