释义	法律分析: 企业超出经营范围轻则警告，重则吊销执照并罚款。超出核准登记的经营范围或者经营方式从事经营活动的，视其情节轻重，予以警告，没收非法所得，处以非法所得额3倍以下的罚款，但最高不超过3万元，没有非法所得的，处以1万元以下的罚款。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第十二条公司的经营范围由公司章程规定，并依法登记。公司可以修改公司章程，改变经营范围，但是应当办理变更登记。公司的经营范围中属于法律、行政法规规定须经批准的项目，应当依法经过批准
