问题	民法典规定抵押权买卖不破租赁吗
释义	根据法律规定，抵押权设立前，抵押财产已经出租并转移占有的，原租赁关系不受该抵押权的影响。买卖不破租赁，即在租赁关系存续期间，即使所有权人将租赁物让与他人，对租赁关系也不产生任何影响，承受人不能以其已成为租赁物的所有人为由否认原租赁关系的存在并要求承租人返还租赁物。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百零五条、第七百二十五条
