释义	哪些行为应当承担欺诈消费者行为的法律责任按照有关规定，经营者在向消费者提供商品中，有下列情形之一，且不能证明自己确非欺骗、误导消费者而实施此种行为的，应当承担欺诈消费者的法律责任：销售失效、变质商品的; 销售侵犯他人注册商标权的商品的; 销售伪造产地、伪造或者冒用他人的企业名称或者姓名的商品的; 销售伪造或者冒用认证标志、名优标志等质量标志的商品的。
