释义	法律分析：如果劳动合同中规定工资是次月15日之前发，拖欠半个月违反的合同，但不违反劳动法，在次月30日内支付都不算拖欠。合同中是次月15日之后发，那拖欠半个月显然超过30天到第三个月了，这个就违法了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
