释义	调整怀孕女职工工作岗位有两种情况：（1）必须调整的情形，即如果女职工怀孕前从事的工作属于孕期禁忌从事的劳动范围，怀孕后必须调离原工作岗位改为从事不属于孕期禁忌从事的劳动；（2）可以调整的情形，即虽然女职工孕期从事的工作不属于禁忌从事的劳动范围，但如果怀孕女职工本人感到不能适应孕前工作，用人单位应当根据医疗机构的证明，减轻劳动量或者安排其他能够适应的劳动。法律依据《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第六条
