租客优先购买权期限是怎么规定的

法律分析:
若出租人委托拍卖人拍卖租赁房屋的,应当在拍卖5日前通知承租人,若承租人未参加拍卖的,则视为放弃优先购买权。若出租人自行出卖租赁房屋的,应提前通知承租人,承租人在接到通知后应及时答复,若承租人接到通知后15日内未明确表示购买的,则丧失优先购买权。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第七百二十七条 出租人委托拍卖人拍卖租赁房屋的,应当在拍卖五日前通知承租人。承租人未参加拍卖的,视为放弃优先购买权。
