释义	法律分析: 关于本金债权由于长期以来对企业间借贷基本上采取的是一概否定其效力的态度，因此在责任承担方面，一般仅支持本金债权。法律依据: 《关于审理纠纷案件若干问题的规定》第四条名为联营实为借贷，违反了有关金融，应当确定无效。因此，从利息的性质来讲，无论企业借贷合同的效力如何，在保护本金债权的同时，也应保护利息债权，只是利息的计算方法不同。如果认定企业借贷合同有效，其利息部分可依照合同的约定进行确认。
