释义	劳动者可以两地同时交社保，但是最后养老金只有一份。同时在两地以上存续基本养老保险关系的，在办理转移接续基本养老保险关系时，由社会保险经办机构与本人协商确定保留其中一个基本养老保险关系和个人账户，同期其他关系予以清理，个人账户储存额退还本人，相应的个人缴费年限不重复计算。【法律依据】《社保法》第二条，国家建立基本养老保险、基本医疗保险、工伤保险、失业保险、生育保险等社会保险制度，保障公民在年老、疾病、工伤、失业、生育等情况下依法从国家和社会获得物质帮助的权利。
