释义	劳动合同期限怎么算劳动合同期限一般从劳动合同订立时，双方当事人在劳动合同文本上签字之日起计算。在合同中明确约定合同生效日期的，按照合同约定的生效日期计算。对于劳动合同终止的截止日期时间的计算，应以劳动合同期限终止日期最后一天的24小时完结为准。法律依据：根据《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条规定：劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
