释义	法律分析: 法院二审判决后已经执行，不可以再上诉。我国诉讼实行两审终审制，第二审的判决、裁定是终审的判决、裁定，一经作出即发生效力，当事人不得再次上诉，但是可以向人民法院或者人民检察院提出申诉。《刑事诉讼法》第十条人民法院审判案件，实行两审终审制。第二百四十四条第二审的判决、裁定和最高人民法院的判决、裁定，都是终审的判决、裁定。第二百五十二条当事人及其法定代理人、近亲属，对已经发生法律效力的判决、裁定，可以向人民法院或者人民检察院提出申诉，但是不能停止判决、裁定的执行。
