转岗培训可以约定服务期吗

法律分析：
转岗培训不属于专项培训，不能约定服务期。用人单位为劳动者提供专项培训费用，对其进行专业技术培训的，可以与该劳动者订立协议，约定服务期。劳动者违反服务期约定的，应当按照约定向用人单位支付违约金。
法律依据：
《事业单位人事管理条例》 第二十三条 事业单位应当根据不同岗位的要求，编制工作人员培训计划，对工作人员进行分级分类培训。 工作人员应当按照所在单位的要求，参加岗前培训、在岗培训、转岗培训和为完成特定任务的专项培训。
