释义	合同的约定不能超越法律规定。合同中约定内容在不违反法律的前提下，是具有优先的效力。但是约定的内容不能违反法律的强制性规定,如果违法那么约定是无效的。法律规定包括两种，一种是法律禁止性规定，一种是法律规范性规定，这二种法律规定都是必须要遵守的。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《民法典》第一百五十三条，违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
