高速u型行驶怎么处理？ |

高速上面行驶车辆的时候，如果有碰到某些特殊情况，或者是走错路的情况下，从而造成u型行驶。此时要注意不要太慌张，建议选择最近的高速收费站离开高速，然后再去重新上高速，通过这样的方式，就能有效避免u型行驶。高速u型行驶并不会扣分的，目前各个地方避免车辆在高速上有出现u型行驶恶意逃费，因此制定出不同的收费标准。虽然高速u型行驶不是违规的行为，被交警抓到后也不会扣分和罚款，但需要注意收费站主要就是依据车辆在高速上面行驶的具体时间收取费用，因此行驶时间越长，收费也就会越高。u型行驶主要收取的费用，就是从收费站，然后一直到最远收费站两者之间的距离，并且还会自动生成费用。如果出入口时间相差在1分钟时间之内，此时系统就会判定是旁边车道干扰造成的，并不会产生交易。如果出入口时间相差超过1分钟，等于或者小于30分钟，就会根据u型转车免费放行。如果出入口时间超过30分钟，就需要支付全路段的费用。高速型行驶不会扣分。
高速型行驶并不属于交通违章行为，不会被处以罚款和扣分的行政处罚，但是收费站会根据车辆在高速上行驶的时间收取通行费，待的时间越长收费越多。各地为了防止车辆在高速型行驶恶意逃费，制定了不同的收费标准。
法律依据：《山西省高速公路管理条例》第十五条
进入高速公路的车辆应当在入口领取通行凭证，驶出时在出口交回通行凭证，并依法交纳车辆通行费，国家另有规定的除外。对损坏、调换、不能出示通行凭证，违法折返，难以确定驶入站或者通行里程的，驾驶人应当按照从驶出站到联网收费区域内最远端收费站的通行里程交纳车辆通行费。
