酒店是否允许未成年进入？

依据我国相关法律的规定，未成年人如果能提供身份证明的，可以入住酒店，这时候酒店是不能拒绝的，如果不能提供身份证明的，酒店可以拒绝其入住，并向公安机关报案。法律依据:《旅馆业治安管理办法》第六条 旅馆接待旅客住宿必须登记。登记时，应当查验旅客的身份证件，按规定的项目如实登记。接待境外旅客住宿，还应当在24小时内向当地公安机关报送住宿登记表。第九条 旅馆工作人员发现违法犯罪分子，行迹可疑的人员和被公安机关通缉的罪犯，应当立即向当地公安机关报告，不得知情不报或隐瞒包庇。
