释义	对开车前15天(不含)以上退票的，不收取退票费。票面乘车站开车前48小时以上的，退票时收取票价5%的退票费;开车前24小时以上、不足48小时的，退票时收取票价10%的退票费;开车前不足24小时的，退票时收取票价20%退票费。法律依据:《中华人民共和国铁路法》第十二条铁路运输企业应当保证旅客按车票载明的日期、车次乘车，并到达目的站。因铁路运输企业的责任造成旅客不能按车票载明的日期、车次乘车的，铁路运输企业应当按照旅客的要求，退还全部票款或者安排改乘到达相同目的站的其他列车。
