释义	法律分析：一方患重病可以离婚，法律并没有规定夫妻一方患有重病不能离婚，我国实行的是婚姻自由，离婚也同样自由的，只要双方同意可以协议离婚，不同意可以通过诉讼离婚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：(一)重婚的;(二)有禁止结婚的亲属关系的;(三)婚前患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病，婚后尚未治愈的;(四)未到法定婚龄的。第一千零五十三条一方隐瞒重大疾病的，另一方可以向法院请求撤销婚姻。
