释义	法律分析：驾驶其他载客汽车载人超过核定人数20%以上的扣6分，驾驶营运客车(不包括公共汽车)、校车以外的载客汽车载人超过核定人数未达20%的扣3分。一般私家车的限载人数只有5人，只要是多乘坐一个人，其超员比例就高达20%，因此稍不注意就有可能被重罚。超过20%的则扣罚6分，罚款200元。核定人数需要看机动车行驶证上的记录。
