释义	法律主观：公积金的领取仅限于非本市户籍的外来职工,如是属于本市户口的职工缴纳了公积金,只能通过购买物业或装修途径动用公积金。外来职工在离开该市需提取公积金帐户款项的时候,先请单位出具一份离职证明书并加盖公章。然后,由公司负责缴纳公积金的负责人员帮忙处理封存公积金帐户。等帐户封存完毕后,拿着离职证明书及封存的相关资料到当地公积金办理中心,上交资料销户,销户完毕后,拿资料到公积金帐户的银行把帐户上的金额转到其它帐户上,就可以到其帐户上把公积金拿出来使用。
