释义	法律分析：孕妇犯罪是会被判刑的，不过在审判的时候怀孕的妇女，不适用死刑。在被判处拘役、三年以下有期徒刑的犯罪分子中，对其中不满十八周岁的人、怀孕的妇女和已满七十五周岁的人，应当宣告缓刑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十九条犯罪的时候不满十八周岁的人和审判的时候怀孕的妇女，不适用死刑。审判的时候已满七十五周岁的人，不适用死刑，但以特别残忍手段致人死亡的除外。
