释义	法律分析: 个人申请破产后，欠的债务应当由个人的财产承担。自法院宣告债务人破产之日起三年，为免除债务人未清偿债务的考察期限，考察期届满，债务人可以向人民法院申请免除其未清偿的债务。个人破产制度目前只在深圳实行。《深圳经济特区个人破产条例》第二条在深圳经济特区居住，且参加深圳社会保险连续满三年的自然人，因生产经营、生活消费导致丧失清偿债务能力或者资产不足以清偿全部债务的，可以依照本条例进行破产清算、重整或者和解。
