企业商标被个人抢注怎么做

法律分析：应对商标被抢注的方法如下：
1、被抢注商标进入初步审批公告，提出异议；
2、被抢注商标核准注册时，可向商标评审委员会提出无效被抢注商标。
《中华人民共和国商标法》规定，注册商标以欺骗或者其他不正当手段注册的，由商标局宣告注册商标无效，其他单位或者个人可以请求商标评审委员会宣告注册商标无效。

第三十条 申请注册的商标，凡不符合本法有关规定或者同他人在同一种商品或者类似商品上已经注册的或者初步审定的商标相同或者近似的，由商标局驳回申请，不予公告。
