释义	根据《社会保险法》规定，对于非全日制用工关系来说，从事非全日制工作度的劳动者应当参加基本养老保险，原则上参照个体工商户的参保办法执行，从事非全日制工作的劳动者可以以个人身份参加基本医疗保险。用人单位应当为非全日制劳动者答缴纳工伤保险费用。法律依据：《社会保险法》第十条：职工应当参加基本养老保险，由用人单位和职工共同缴纳基本养老保险费。无雇工的个体工商户、未在用人单位参加基本养老保险的非全日制从业人员以及其他灵活就业人员可以参加基本养老保险，由个人缴纳基本养老保险费。
