释义	根据我国相关法律规章，警察不处置是指公安机关不予立案。此时控告人可以在收到不予立案通知书后的七天内向作出决定的公安机关申请复议，也可以向上一级公安机关申请复核。被害人还可以向人民检察院提出申诉，人民检察院应要求公安机关说明理由。除此之外，被害人还可以直接向人民法院提起自诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十七条 人民检察院对于严重危害社会治安的犯罪嫌疑人，以及其他犯罪性质恶劣、情节严重的犯罪嫌疑人不得取保候审。
