释义	已认证通过的发票，不可以取消认证，由于现在的认证系统是实时上传，只要认证通过，税务系统就记录下税额，不可撤销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》规定，从发票开具来看，增值税一般纳税人可以自行开具增值税专用发票和增值税普通发票、增值税电子普通发票；而增值税小规模纳税人只能自行开具增值税普通发票、增值税电子发票，若对方需要增值税专用发票，需要向税务机关申请代开。
