五保户住院费由谁承担嘛？ |

住院发生的费用先由政府承担，出院时一并报销结算。无正当理由超过标准的，由所住定点医院自行承担。其中，农村五保户每人每年住院次数不得超过4次，每次在县人民医院住院时间不得超过12天，日均住院费用不超过300元。
法律依据：
《农村五保供养工作条例》
第十条 农村五保供养标准不得低于当地村民的平均生活水平，并根据当地村民平均生活水平的提高适时调整。农村五保供养标准，可以由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府制定，在本行政区域内公布执行，也可以由设区的市级或者县级人民政府制定，报所在的省、自治区、直辖市人民政府备案后公布执行。国务院民政部门、国务院财政部门应当加强对农村五保供养标准制定工作的指导。
第十一条 农村五保供养资金，在地方人民政府财政预算中安排。有农村集体经营等收入的地方，可以从农村集体经营等收入中安排资金，用于补助和改善农村五保供养对象的生活。农村五保供养对象将承包土地交由他人代耕的，其收益归该农村五保供养对象所有。具体办法由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定。中央财政对财政困难地区的农村五保供养，在资金上给予适当补助。农村五保供养资金，应当专门用于农村五保供养对象的生活，任何组织或者个人不得贪污、挪用、截留或者私分
