释义	合同的内容是否真实，即合同中约定的内容是否当事人的真实意思表示，要注意审查合同条款是否合理，是否存在合同诈骗的可能。被胁迫、重大误解的合同，即不真实。意思表示不真实主要原因是表意人的故意或者过失，包括真意保留、虚伪表示、错误。可以通过录音录像等证据材料证明。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
