《河北省人口与计划生育条例》
第二十八条 依法办理结婚登记的公民，除享受国家规定的婚假外，延长婚假十五天；符合法律法规规定生育子女的夫妻，除享受国家规定的产假外，延长产假六十天，并给予配偶护理假十五天。延长婚、产假期间，享受正常婚、产假待遇。
