释义	原则上，夫妻一方婚前债务应当由债务人本人承担清偿责任，因此债权人只能向债务人本人主张权利态陆没，而不能在债务悉悄人结婚后要求债务人的配偶来偿还。但是，如果夫妻一方婚前举债用于婚后共同生活的，这时，一方的婚前债务就转变为了夫妻共同债务。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用《中华人民共和国婚姻法》若干问题的帆纳解释(二)》第二十三条债权人就一方婚前所负个人债务向债务人的配偶主张权利的，人民法院不予支持。但债权人能够证明所负债务用于婚后家庭共同生活的除外。
