释义	迟到的情节如果严重的，会被辞退。对于严重违反用人单位的规章制度的员工；或者严重失职，营私舞弊，给用人单位造成重大损害的员工，单位可以依法予以辞退。果一个人一次迟到可能不会被辞退，但是经常迟到是会影响到工作的，这个时候用人单位就会根据相关的规章制度，将公司的员工进行辞退，这个时候不需要进行赔偿。严重违反用人单位规章制度，需要符合以下条件：1.用人单位制定有明确的规章制度，并向劳动者告知，并依法听取意见;2.需要劳动者的行为是严重违反用人单位规章制度，一般违反不能解除劳动合同。
