释义	法律分析：经济性裁员是指用人单位濒临破产进行法定整顿期间或生产经营状况发生严重困难，为改善生产经营状况而辞退成批人员。经济性裁员是用人单位克服经营困难的内在需要和通常作法，法律予以允许。但为了保障劳动者的权益，法律对用人单位裁员作了一些适度的限制。根据《企业经济性裁减人员规定》用人单位不得裁减下列人员： (一)患职业病或者因工负伤并被确认丧失或者部分丧失劳动能力的; (二)患病或者负伤，在规定的医疗期内的; (三)女职工在孕期、产期、哺乳期内的; (四)法律、行政法规规定的其他情形。
