释义	律师解答：一般来讲不按规定停车会收到交警的罚款惩处，这个一般是由于在不是停车区域违规停车但是没有造成恶劣影响的，这样就只是罚款或者责令立马驶走，还有一种情况是在高速公路车道内或者交通道路上违规停车停放导致交通堵塞妨碍交通的，就要进行罚款扣分处理，最高扣十二分，还要立马拖车。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第五十六条机动车应当在规定地点停放。禁止在人行道上停放机动车；但是，依照本法第三十三条规定施划的停车泊位除外。在道路上临时停车的，不得妨碍其他车辆和行人通行。
