释义	法律分析: 会被拘留的，和患有什么疾病是没有关系。违法事实在先，且艾滋病并非是暂行行政拘留的法定理由之一。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十九条有下列行为之一的，由公安机关交通管理部门处200元以上2000元以下罚款，可以并处十五日以内的行政拘留。未取得机动车驾驶证、机动车驾驶证被吊销或者机动车驾驶证被暂扣期间驾驶机动车的。根据以上规定，无证驾驶要处以罚款并处十五日以内的行政拘留。如果违法行为人有重大疾病危及生命的，可以不执行拘留。
