释义	根据法律规定，如果取得父亲的同意或追认，即取得授权或者被代签人追认，为有权代理；则代签的合同是有效的，必须有亲笔书写的授权委托书。没有明确授权别人代签字，则合同是无效的。法律依据《民法典》第一百六十八条，代理人不得以被代理人的名义与自己实施民事法律行为，但是被代理人同意或者追认的除外。代理人不得以被代理人的名义与自己同时代理的其他人实施民事法律行为，但是被代理的双方同意或者追认的除外。
