释义	法律分析: 一般可撤销法律行为（合同）的行使期间是一年，从知道或者应当知道可撤销事由之日起一年内要行使撤销权，受胁迫的从胁迫事由发生之日起一年内行使撤销权，逾期不撤销的，撤销权消灭。重大误解的撤销期间是90天，从当事人知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起九十日内要行使撤销权，否则撤销权消灭。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十一条撤销权自债权人知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起一年内行使。自债务人的行为发生之日起五年内没有行使撤销权的，该撤销权消灭。
