释义	法律分析: 合同能请人代签，根据法律规定，民事主体可以出具授权委托书，写明委托代理的权限以及范围，委托代理人代为签订合同。一般情况下，代理人在代理权限内依法签订的合同对被代理人发生法律效力。但是对于法律规定、当事人约定或合同的性质，应由本人亲自签订的，不能委托他人代为签订。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
