合同扫描盖章有效么
释义
看情况：
其一、只要签订合同是双方当事人真实的意思表示，并且合同的内容合法的，则扫描盖章的合同仍然有效；
其二、不符合上述情况的，扫衫神陆描盖章的合同无效。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百四十六条 行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的或顷民事法律行为无效。
以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为瞎此的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
