释义	法律分析: 以婚姻为诱饵，诈取他人财物的行为法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国婚姻法〉若干问题的解释（一）》第十条胁迫婚姻的可撤销制度。所谓胁迫婚姻，是指行为人以给另一方当事人或者其近亲属的生命、身体健康、名誉、财产等方面造成损害为要挟，迫使另一方当事人违背真实意愿结婚的情况。受胁迫一方的婚姻关系当事人可以自结婚登记之日起1年内向婚姻登记机关或人民法院请求撤销婚姻。显然，骗婚关系也不属于婚姻法中可撤销的婚姻。
