什么是夫妻共同财产,办理婚后财产公证的手续是怎样的？ |

法律分析：
夫妻共同财产，是指在夫妻关系存续期间夫妻所共同拥有的财产。所谓夫妻关系存续期间，是指夫妻结婚后到一方死亡或者离婚之前这段时间，这期间夫妻所得的财产，除约定的外，均属于夫妻共同财产。公证手续：公民、法人或非法人组织申请公证的，应当亲自到公证处提出申请，并填写申请表，并提供与申请事项有关的材料;不能亲自申请的，可委托代理人代为申请，代理人应提交授权委托书。但申办遗嘱、遗赠扶养协议、赠与、认领亲子、收养、解除收养、委托、声明、生存及其他与当事人人身有密切关系的公证事项，不得委托他人代为申请。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零六十二条 夫妻在婚姻关系存续期间所得的下列财产，为夫妻的共同财产，归夫妻共同所有： (一)工资、奖金、劳务报酬; (二)生产、经营、投资的收益; (三)知识产权的收益; (四)继承或者受赠的财产，但是本法第一千零六十三条第三项规定的除外; (五)其他应当归共同所有的财产。 夫妻对共同财产，有平等的处理权。
