辞职没上满一个月工资应该怎么算?
释义
按日计算。按照正常的劳动合同法的规定,劳动用人单位备茄颤有依法签劳动合同纳胡的义务,劳动者自上班之日起已产生事实劳动关系,工资的发放如果不足一个月的可以按日计算。
