法律依据：
《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》 第四十一条第二款 隔离期间，实施隔离措施的人民政府应当对被隔离人员提供生活保障；被隔离人员有工作单位的，所在单位不得停止支付其隔离期间的工作报酬。
