释义	法律分析：单位如果想与怀孕女职工解除劳动关系也就是辞退怀孕女职工的话，怀孕女职工没有严重违反公司制度，单位解除劳动关系的行为是违法的，怀孕女职工可以要求继续上班或者要求支付赔偿金，工作一年二个月工资，不满一年半年以上按一年计算，半年以下的支付一个月的工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十九条女职工孕期、产期、哺乳期间，用人单位不得与职工解除劳动合同。违法解除劳动合同的，应二倍支付经济补偿金。
