释义	法律分析：根据相关法律规定，签订合同的时候都是要加盖公司的公章的，合同章一般只适用于项目额一些具体内容。封面不用盖章，只要在最后一页盖章即可。因为合同本是一式几份的，一般在最后一页的单位盖章处盖章即可，除了最后一页盖章外，还可以在其他页盖骑缝章，这样较严密些。最后一页盖章，合同效力并不会受到影响。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
