民法典未约定保证方式的保证 -法律知识

法律分析：
民法典施行后，对于保证合同作出了最新的规定。在保证合同中，如果没有约定保证方式，或者约定不明确，那么按照一般保证承担保证责任，不再像以前担保法解释按照连带保证承担保证责任。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百八十七条 第一款 一般保证是指当事人在保证合同中约定，债务人不能履行债务时，由保证人承担保证责任的的保证。”这里的“债务人不能履行”债务是一般保证人承担保证责任应当满足的条件，如果该条件未满足，一般保证人可以拒绝向债权人承担保证责任。
