释义	法律分析：二十年内，公安机关不管原告或被害人提不提要求都会通缉。但过了二十年，公安机关击会放弃通缉，但前提是原告或被害人此时保持沉默，如果原告或被害人仍坚持要通缉，公安机还会继续的。法律有规定,自发出通缉令之日起,二十年,仍未归案的,可以销案。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百二十三条应当逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人如果在逃，公安机关可以发布通缉令，采取有效措施，追捕归案。各级公安机关在自己管辖的地区以内，可以直接发布通缉令出自己管辖的地区，应当报请有权决定的上级机关发布。
