释义	法律分析：依据我国劳动合同法的规定，临时工就是非全日制用工，虽然不需要签订劳动合同，但是属于劳动者，受我国劳动法保护的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第六十八条非全日制用工双方当事人可以订立口头协议。从事非全日制用工的劳动者可以与一个或者一个以上用人单位订立劳动合同;但是，后订立的劳动合同不得影响先订立的劳动合同的履行。
