释义	如遇下列情形，子女可免除赡养义务： 1、未婚或离婚的成年子女没有经济收入，丧失劳动力或不能独立生活； 2、已婚成年子女无经济收入，家庭收入不足以维持当地基本生活水平； 3、父母对子女有严重犯罪行为。比如父母杀害子女，虐待子女严重，遗弃子女，或者强奸女儿，丧失要求被害子女赡养的权利，可以免除子女赡养义务。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第二十六条父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。
